How to Become a Kilimall KForce Agent

Step 1: Receive the onboarding invitation
To become a KForce agent, you must already be a Kilimall user. If not registered, download the Kilimall App to register. We will send you the KForce onboarding invitation, and you can receive the invitation letter via the email bound to your Kilimall account.
Step 2: Start Earning Now
Carefully read the content of the onboarding invitation and click "Start Earning Now" to access the KForce onboarding page.
Step 3: Apply Now
Learn about the KForce project and click "Apply Now" to access the registration information page.
Step 4: Fill in Onboarding Info and Submit
Enter your National ID number in the corresponding field on the page and upload front and back images of your National ID. Enter your KRA PIN and upload the KRA PIN Certificate. Carefully read through the Terms and Conditions and check the box to agree. Click "Submit Application" to submit your onboarding application.
Step 5: Wait for Approval
After submitting your onboarding application, wait for the platform review and approval. If your application is rejected, click "resubmit" to adjust the information based on the rejection reason and resubmit the application.
Step 6: Access the KForce Homepage
After your application for onboarding is approved, you'll see the KForce entry in your personal center on the Kilimall app or WAP site. Clicking on it will take you to the KForce homepage.
Step 7: Manage your KForce Business
Before starting your business, we recommend that you go to the "Other Info&Service" section to learn in detail about KForce's relevant policies and rules. The "Sales Overview" module provides an overview of agent sales data and commission data for the selected time period.
Step 8: Overview Your Commission Data
Click on "Orders" to view commissions and commission orders.
Step 9: View Your Commission Orders
Slide up the page to view specific commission orders.
